Participant Assessment

Participants are assessed to dertermine strengths and weaknesses. We use this knowledge to develop a tailored set of activities and help them overcome the fear of failures and capitalising their strengths.

Part 1: Soft Skills Enhancement

In this phase participants will develop new skills in business-critical areas. This includes technical expertise, leadership abilities, emotional intelligence, B2B arbitration and self-expressions enhancement. Enhance their ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, employers, customers, friends and family members.

Part 2: Technical Skills Enhancement

Participants are trained to utilise their existing technical skills for their maximum benefits. This will not only help them to analyse their gaps but gives them clear direction to pivot if their chosen career demands.


Students/Professionals Program

Part 1: Participant Acceptance Assessment

Participants are interviewed and assessed for team program eligibility. Depending on their experience and professional abilities, their role will be offered within the team. In those cases where skill gaps are identified, they may be required to complete a fast-tracked Foundation program before they can be accepted into the team program.

Part 2: Real-Life Business Simulation

In this phase, participants will join a group of individuals for the next 6 to 12 months to complete professional work experience in a real business/work environment. Each Team will follow a structured work regime. The sole focus of this phase is to train them in a real business outset by personalized guidance and advice from seasoned entrepreneurs and professionals.

Participant Eligibility

For these participants, getting into the stimulated companies as an employee it will portray like real-world experience. They will go through a series of interviews and tests as part of a selection process. Once selected, these participants will be employed by the pseudo-company on a year-long project basis, during which they will receive a basic salary as an incentive. During these 12 months, the participants will be responsible for the development of a commercial project which could potentially transpire into a real company.
